Deductables and Copay
Many plans now have a no-deductable copayment for office calls. We require any and all copayments be made at the time of service.
If you have a deductable, such as Medicare requires at the start of each year, we would ask that that payment be made at the time of service.

[January 7, 2008] We are now able to accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and most Debit cards and Medical payment cards at HFMC. Please call or ask at the desk during your next visit.
