Hawarden Family Medical Center is located just a block west of Hawarden's main street. It is half a block south of Highway 10 and a block west of Highway 12. You can find a schedule below and a full page on hours and appointments.
The clinic was constructed in 1995 by Dr. Harvey when he was evicted from the clinic by the hospital. It has six exam rooms, a procedure room and office space.
Wide halls, open spaces and wood trim try to remove some of the antiseptic institutional feel common to many medical offices. The facility mirrors our medical philosophy, good care with a personal touch. We are proud of our look and feel. We hope you will find it as pleasant to visit as we do to work in.
