Hawarden Family Medical Center is currently the ONLY independently owned and operated medical clinic in the area. Hawarden Family Medical Center (HFMC) was formed in 1996 to continue our mission of providing quality family medicine with the emphasis on the patient, not the "bottom line." We firmly believe the best health care is done when the patient and the doctor work together without outside influences or financial motives. No one paid us to practice in Hawarden. We are here because we believe rural Iowa should get the best care possible from local, concerned providers, not from "Doc-in-the-Box" satellite clinics staffed by a different provider every week.

We know you have a choice in health care. We appreciate the trust you give us when you choose HFMC for your health care needs.

  • 8:30 - 5:00 Monday -Friday
  • 6:00 - 7:30 PM Mon. and Thurs. evenings
  • 9:30 - 12:00 Saturdays.
