Many plans now have a no deductible, co-pay amount when receiving care for a participating provider.
What co-pay means is when you are seen in a participating provider's office, you only have to pay the deductible listed on your insurance card, usually between $10 and $25 depending on your plan. It does NOT count toward your deductible.
This co-pay is to be paid on the date of service.

If there is no insurance involved or the deductible has not met, payment is expected on the date of service.
If payment cannot be made on service date we ask that payment arrangements be made prior to being seen.
Our policy is to hold billing of your portion of balance until after insurance has paid. We would appreciate prompt payment of your account when the bill is received.
